The City of Chicago under the direction of Mayor Rahm Emanuel, closed 50 public schools in 201, one symptom of which was a large volume of school materials slated for the landfill.  A wide range of artists, designers and architects have responded with functional and symbolic reconfigurations of these materials, culminating in Infinite Games:50/5, a ong term xhibitio in conjunction with Rhona Hoffman Galler and EXPO Chicag hosted by Open House Contemporary, an Airbnb and contemporary art space located in Chicago's RiverWest neighborhood.

The result is a kaleidoscopic view onto a perplexingly complex set of problems, a modest symptom of which is the stacks of undigestible material remains.  The exhibition will be open to the public for specific ongoing occasions and programs, while remaining available as an Airbnb host site throughout the exhibition. Guests will "live" in the exhibition, offering an experience of prolonged private engagement with the work.
