Adult Consent and Release Terms - Please Read
For good and valuable consideration from the Invisible Institute, I expressly grant to the Invisible Institute and to any third party it may authorize, and to its parent, affiliates, employees, agents and assigns, the right to photograph, interview, video and audio record me, and the right to use the interview in whole or in part, my name, voice, photograph, likeness, picture, silhouette, reproductions of my physical likeness, biographical information, or any photo, audio, video, recording or other material that I may provide -- for which I represent and warrant that I own the copyright(s) -- in any manner in connection with any project and for promotion of those uses.
This Consent and Release shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, and I agree that jurisdiction shall be exclusively in the state and federal courts of the State of Illinois. I waive any and all equitable remedies and agree my sole and exclusive remedy shall be an action to recover monetary damages, if any. I understand this means that I do not have the right to terminate or rescind this Consent and Release or to restrain, enjoin, restrict or interfere with the production, distribution, exhibition or other exploitation of any project or promotion.
