The Chicago Police Torture Archive joins Resilience Fest for four days of performances, screenings, readings, conversations, art-making, and community gatherings. As part of this year’s festival, CPTA will share a video featuring oral histories from Movements Against Mass Incarceration, centering five survivors who organized while incarcerated.
Admission is free or pay what you can, and registration is required. Programming takes place at Definition Theatre on October 22, 23, and 25 and at the Logan Center for the Arts on October 24. The screening time for the CPTA video will be added once confirmed.
